Product Review Panel Terms and Conditions (when a review campaign is in place)

​By registering to join our Product Review Panel you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.

The request to join our Product Review Panel is open to residents of the UK only.

The request to join our Product Review Panel is free of charge. 

Only one request per person is permitted. 

Responsibility cannot be taken for requests lost, damaged or delayed whether due to technical problems or otherwise.

By requesting to join our Product Review Panel you acknowledge that you are not automatically entitled to any of our products free of charge. 

 It is at the sole discretion of Purity Beauty Limited how many participates shall be selected to participate in our Product Review Panel at a given time.

If you are selected to participate in our Product Review Panel, the Participant agrees that in exchange for the free Product they must complete and return the 'Product Review Sheet' to Purity Beauty Limited within 10 working days of receipt of the Product.  

Failure to complete and return the Product Review Sheet within the specified time period will result in the Participant being liable to pay the cost of the Product, including delivery and any other associated charges. 

The Participant authorises Purity Beauty Limited to use their product review, together with their first name, for use in brand print, social media, marketing material, as well as other brand publications. 

The participant further agrees that Purity Beauty Limited may edit the review and publish edited or partial versions of the testimonial. However, an edited version of the Participant's review shall never be edited in such a way to create a misleading impression of their view.

If you are selected to participate, you will be contacted by Purity Beauty to collect your delivery details to arrange the despatch of the Product. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
